Zohar Study

Dive into the deepest mystical book of Judaism. The Zohar, written in Aramaic, opens dimensions of Torah hidden from ordinary view. We study selected passages with commentaries from the great Kabbalists — Rabbi Moshe Cordovero (Ramak), Rabbi Yitzchak Luria (the ARI), and others. Each lesson is accompanied by meditation and practical exercises.

Ongoing course | Every Wednesday | Foundations of Kabbalah recommended

Tanya Study

The Tanya is a systematic guide to Hasidic psychology and spiritual life. Its author, Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, explains the structure of the soul, the nature of the struggle between good and evil, and how a person can achieve the state of “Beinoni” — the righteous person who masters their actions, words, and thoughts. We study chapter by chapter, with emphasis on practical application.
