Our Teachers & Lineage

The authenticity of Kabbalistic teaching depends on the chain of transmission — from teacher to student, generation to generation. Our teachers carry this sacred lineage.

The Great Masters We Draw From

Our curriculum is built on the teachings of the greatest Kabbalistic masters in history. From Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai, author of the Zohar, we learn the poetic and mystical approach to Divine truth. From Rabbi Isaac Luria (the Arizal), we learn the systematic cosmology of creation, shattering, and repair. From Rabbi Moshe Cordovero (the Ramak), we learn the philosophical framework that organizes Kabbalistic concepts. From Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi, we learn how to bring Kabbalistic wisdom into the mind and heart of every person. And from the Baal Shem Tov, we learn that Kabbalah is not just for scholars but for every soul that yearns for the Divine.

Our Teaching Approach

At Zman Kabala, we believe that authentic Kabbalistic teaching must balance three elements: intellectual rigor, experiential practice, and ethical development. Our teachers are not merely academics — they are practitioners who live the teachings they share. Every concept taught in the classroom is accompanied by a practical exercise: a meditation, a journaling prompt, a character trait to work on, a prayer to deepen. We teach Kabbalah not as abstract philosophy but as a living path of transformation that touches every aspect of daily life.
